Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar Sunday made a contact with opposition leader Mian Mahmudur Rashid of PTI and conveyed to him government's willingness to hold talks on all issues except its demand of resignations of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. He stressed upon PTI leader to convey to Imran Khan to take back demand of resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Mahmud told governor to convey message to his leader. The PTI leader told governor that his party would not back out from demand of resignation of the Sharifs. He said the authority to take a final decision on lay with Imran Khan.
