The Para-military force, Frontier Corps (FC) has claimed to foil a major terrorism bid as 12 alleged terrorists were killed in ongoing battle in Turbat city of Balochistan province. FC spokesperson, Khan Wasey has said that the security forces have taken rapid retaliation against the terrorists in Turbat who have planned to start large-scale target killing in various cities of the province.
'More terrorists have been surrounded and exchange of heavy firing is still continued,' spokesperson added. Earlier, a powerful attack was carried out by 80 terrorists who tried to enter into Pakistani border from Afghanistan on Friday. 80 terrorists have invaded the Pakistani territory at Muslim Bagh sector located in Balochistan province, while a Frontier Corps (FC) official was martyred in the exchange fire between Pakistani forces and terrorists, the private television channels reported. The deceased official was identified as Naik Niyaz while military sources claimed to force back the attackers via rapid retaliation. No group claimed the responsibility of the violent attack till yet.
