Activists of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz staged a protest on Tuesday in Multan. They shouted slogans against the Imran khan and Qadri. The protest was led by MNA Abdul Ghaffar Dogar. Carrying banner and placards, PML-N activists coming from different parts of the city participated in the Istekham-e-Pakistan rally and chanted slogans in favour of democracy in the country.
Ghaffar Dogar said the people had rejected Imran Khan's civil disobedience call. He said a group was demanding resignation of Nawaz Sharif who had the mandate of millions of Pakistanis. "Pakistan has rule of law with a strong constitution and no dictator can spoil the system", he said. Railway workers under the auspices of PREM Union also staged a demonstration at Multan Railway Station to express solidarity with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. They criticised the Imran Khan for his unconstitutional and unethical demands and creating troubles for the whole nation.
