All six nominees of the Businessmen Group (BG) of Siraj Kasim Teli faction have been elected unopposed as member of the executive committee (EC) of Site Association of Industry (SAI) for the year 2014-15. After winning all seats of the executive committee the way is cleared for the group to grab three seats of the SAI office bearers for the year 2014-15.
The election committee of SAI has received only six nominations papers against six vacant seats of the executive committee to fill vacant seats. According to unofficial results, those who are declared election unopposed includes Naeem Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Hanif Tawakkal, Sikandar Imran, Mohammad Iqbal Godil, Naveed Wahid and Nabeel Haroon Bari.
The election of office bearers is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2014. BG patron-in-chief Siraj Kassam Teli, Chairman Younus M Bashir, former chairman M Zubair Motiwala and M Tariq Yousuf of SITE Association have congratulated the newly elected members on their unopposed election.
