Journalists in Lahore Sunday agitated against use of force against them in Islamabad. Protesters were holding placards against use of force against them and protested before Punjab Assembly. They raising slogans pointed that use of force against reporters and cameramen alleged that it was an attack on freedom of press.
Meanwhile reports for protests against aggression on journalists have come from Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Multan, Malikwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Faisalabad and other cities. Journalists also burnt tires during their agitation. They also closed G.T Road in their protest, it has been learnt.
