Punjab Education department (PED) on Friday has ordered all the educational institutions to remain closed on Saturday (today) due to the torrential monsoon rains. The announcement from PED has come after the continued rain forecasts and flood threats in Pakistan. According to PED notification all the private and public education institutions will remain closed on Saturday to avoid any mishap as critical conditions have been created due to the unprecedented rain in city.
