Rooftop restaurant: LDA decides to auction tenancy rights

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) decided to auction tenancy rights of rooftop restaurant, built at the 10th floor of Park N Ride Plaza, Liberty Market, Lahore, for a period of 10 years. The auction will be held on September 25 at LDA Community Centre, disclosed a LDA's spokesperson here on Thursday. Total space of the restaurant is 9,000 square feet.
The successful bidder will avail the facility of first six months' rent-free use of site. Further details for participating in the auction and rent deed can be obtained from Deputy Director Sales and Allotments, LDA. Meanwhile, National Testing Service (NTS) will conduct test for recruitment of 11 officers in LDA on Sunday 26.
