MCB Bank Limited (MCB) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mycab Travel Pakistan to provide international cab booking services to its customers. A MoU was signed by Qasif Shahid, Head Digital Banking, MCB Bank Limited, and Roger Blomquist, Global CEO, Mycab International at a ceremony held in Lahore, disclosed a bank's spokesperson here on Friday.
Other senior executives of the bank and Mycab Travel Pakistan were also present on the occasion. According to the MoU, MCB Bank shall provide "Cab Booking Services" to its customers moving across 130 destinations in 50 plus countries, including UAE, UK, Canada and USA.
Speaking on the occasion, Roger Blomquist said, "Servicing MCB Bank's customer is a matter of pride for us. Mycab International is streamlining cab business world-wide and now we are in the process of adding Pakistan bookings as well through our new online platform."
Qasif Shahid also expressed his pleasure at the signing ceremony. He said customer facilitation and digital behaviours always remained their focus of work. "Joining hands with Mycab is the part of same strategy. We want our customers to do their maximum payments through digital channels. In coming days, this will be a big Value Added Service (VAS) for MCB and users," he added.
