Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will hold open auction of tenancy rights of highest rooftop restaurant in the city, built at the 10th floor of 'Park N Ride Plaza' in Liberty Market, on September 25, at LDA Community Centre. According to a LDA's spokesperson here on Tuesday, tenancy rights of this highest rooftop restaurant of the provincial metropolis, covering a space of 9,000 square feet, will be auctioned for a period of 10 years.
The successful bidder will avail the facility of first six months' rent-free use of the site. Bid starting price will be Rs 60 per square feet per month. Every participant of the auction shall have to deposit Rs 500,000 in advance, in the form of cash or pay order at the booth of National Bank of Pakistan established at the venue of the auction.
