CA Sports has been named as the new official 'Apparel Sponsor of Pakistan Cricket', PCB's Chief Operating Officer Subhan Ahmad and Zahid Javed, Director, CA Sports said on Tuesday. Talking to reporters here at the Gaddafi Stadium, Subhan Ahmad said, "We are delighted to announce CA Sports as Pakistan Cricket's new Apparel Partner. The new sponsorship will see CA Sports provide apparel and training kit for our first-class and international series and ICC tournaments across all formats of the game to both the men's and woman's national teams as well as age-group outfits in a two-year deal running up to September 2016."
"As a brand, CA Sports is a standout performer both indigenously and in export markets. CA Sports is proud to be associated with Pakistan Cricket and we hope that our quality attire shall clothe Team Pakistan as well woman's and age-group squads with excellent products", said Zahid Javed, Director CA Sports.
"Their keen desire to acquire the rights again reflects that the corporate sentiment on Pakistan Cricket is robustly bullish. This by far is the best deal ever in this spectrum and I am positive that it shall be mutually beneficial for both PCB and CA Sports", said Subhan Ahmad. The deal includes the 50-over ICC World Cup 2015 and ICC World Twenty20 2016. CA Sports has also previously been Pakistan Cricket's Apparel Partner.
