A legal team of former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has decided to file a defamation case against chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in the first week of October. Iftikhar Chaudhry's legal team told a private TV channel on Wednesday that the ex-CJ has rejected Imran Khan's response. The team further verified that the documents regarding Imran Khan have also been received from the Supreme Court.
