President Mamnoon Hussain on the advice of the Prime Minister has approved appointment of Justice Yahya Afridi, Senior Judge of the Peshawar High Court, as Acting Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court, from September 26 to October 2, 2014. Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel, Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court, is proceeding to Doha on September 26, 2014 for attending a Conference as Chief Guest on "Development of Justice Institutions and Judicial Education" to be held from September 28-to-30, 2014.
