President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has approved the nomination of Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of Returning Officer rejecting/accepting nomination papers for Bye-election to the National Assembly Constituency NA-149; Multan-II. Justice Shahid Waheed, Justice Shoaib Saeed and Justice Atir Mehmood of Lahore High Court, Multan Bench have been nominated for Appellate Tribunal.
