Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) Ameer Sirajul Haq has said the government should be let to complete its five-year constitutional tenure because the economy of the country would not be stable until the stability of democracy in the country. He said this while talking to media persons after the meeting with Awami Tehreek Chief Ayaz Latif Palijo here on Saturday.
"The supremacy of the Constitution should not be compromised at any cost," he said in the meeting where both leaders discussed the issues confronting the country. "I am very impressed by the Sindhi people who expressed a lot love and respect for me," he said, adding the people of Sindh province did not want to divide their province. He said all political parties should play their effective role to bring Balochistan to the mainstream to end the deprivation among its people. On the occasion, AT chief Ayaz Latif Palijo appreciated the role of Sirajul Haq to have played in the dialogue between the government and PTI and PAT to end the political crisis in the country.
