Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has strongly condemned the terror blast at Hangu that claimed precious human lives and many injured. He has also announced compensation for the martyred and injured under Shuhada Package. The chief minister announced a compensation of Rs 5 lakh each for the killed and Rs 2 lac each for injured in the terror incident.
Pervez Khattak asked the Hangu police and distt administration to immediately contact the affectees and provide them succour as well as start a crackdown on terror elements and even contact bordering authorities of Aurakzai Agency especially in the backdrop of the Waziristan operation and IDPs issue. He asked for the immediate inquiry of the incident and directed the high authorities for submitting detailed report on it besides taking adequate arrangements to pay the terrorist in the same coin by reviewing the security strategy.
