Some 21 special teams of Extended Programme for Immunisation (EPI) have treated 10,026 cases of measles in flood-hit areas of the district so far by covering 147 cases on Wednesday. An official source of Health told this news agency on Wednesday that as many as twenty-one Union Councils (UCs) had been affected by devastating flood in Multan district. He added that teams had targeted 8,839 children under two and exactly 11,951 pregnant women as total EPI population.
