If you want to check out the Giza Pyramids, but don't want the hassle of flying all the way to Egypt, Google has a deal for you. Google Street View has begun offering a tour of the attraction, according to the pyramid's website. Along with the Pyramid of Cheops, the virtual tour also includes the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, the Sphinx and the Pyramid of Djoser.
The new tour is part of Google's effort to expand its Street View project from being just a collection of images of roads to include more tourist attractions. Other additions include the Grand Canyon, coral reefs and a variety of airports.
