The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, disgruntled member provincial assembly Javed Nasim announced to put off his scheduled 'sit-in' in Peshawar, against the chief minister, and the party-led government in KP. He made announcement while speaking at a news conference at press club here on Tuesday. Flanked by Deputy Speaker KP Assembly Imtiaz Shahid Qureshi, PTI MPAs Shaukat Yousafzai, and Yasin Khalil, along with other provincial activists, Nasim said he has presented its reservations and demands before the Jirga, upon which it was assured him and would take work on emergency basis on their genuine demands.
"I am attached with Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf since long, and every worker has right to raise voice for their genuine demands, Nasim said, who elected from constituency PK-3. He warned that if the demands would not accept accordingly, he would intact its decision of sit-in in Hashtnagri Peshawar, and all responsibility would lie upon the 'Jirga', he added.
Regarding the issuance of show cause notice to him by the party, Nasim said it was internal issue of the party, and wouldn't debate on it. When asked a question about the putting allegations of corruption on KP chief minister, Pervez Khattak, he replied its also disparity and corruption when Rs 10million in my constituency and Rs 100million spent in the chief minister constituency.
Yasin Khalil, while spoke on the occasion said Javed Nasim wasn't say, anything against the party and would talk with the central leadership regarding his genuine demands, and address all reservations in appropriate manner. He denied the allegations against the chief minister and formation of any committee in this regard. Now a day, he said the PTI chairman Imran Khan has been taken out to streets to create a Pakistan, we are fully supporting him to accomplish the mission, he added.
