Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal has announced to hold Mufti Mehmood Conference in Quetta to show power and build public opinion against what they called 'secular forces' furthering foreign agenda in the country. "PTI and PAT chief in pursuance of their hidden agendas are leading the country towards a secular state," said State Minister for Postal Services and JUI-F, Central Secretary General, Maulana Ghafoor Haidri here on Tuesday.
Addressing a press conference at JUI-F Quetta office, he said "JUI-F had decided to hold Mufti Mehmood Conference in Quetta aimed at showing power and apprise the public about the forces furthering secular agenda in the name of independence and change," he stressed.
He lashed out at the PAT chief for his speech in which he said that he would legislate such a law in which no one would be allowed to declare anyone an infidel, if came into power. He claimed that indecent culture was being promoted through the sit-ins in Islamabad. "It is not the reflection of entire Pakistani nation. We are true Muslims and possess eastern norms and culture."
