Sherazi Brothers of Sindh called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, here Friday. Matters of mutual interest and political situation were discussed in the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Pakistan is facing the menace of terrorism and challenges like shortage of energy. He said that the brave forces of Pakistan are fighting for survival of the country and have achieved glorious successes in the war against enemies of peace. He said that Pakistan will soon become a haven of peace and tranquillity.
Shahbaz Sharif said that sit-ins have caused a huge loss to national economy and the nefarious designs of the elements involved in such activities have been exposed. He said that those staging sit-ins should take pity on the nation. He said that the political parties and their leaderships should discharge their responsibility of steering the country out of crises. The Chief Minister said that Pakistan Muslim League-N government is determined to meet the challenges being faced by the country and all crises will be overcome under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He said that selfless service to the masses and their welfare is the agenda of PML-N.
Those who met the Chief Minister included Member National Assembly Syed Ayaz Ali Shah Sherazi, Member Provincial Assembly Syed Imtaiz Ali Shah Sherazi, former MNA Syed Shafqat Hussain Sherazi, Syed Riaz Hussain Sherazi and Senior Vice President Thatta, Haji Hanif Memom.
