The Frontier Constabulary (FC) arrested seven illegal Afghan immigrants and recovered thousands of litres of smuggled Iranian diesel during separate actions on Sunday. FC spokesperson said that during checking at Baleli check post some five kilometres away from Quetta, seven Afghan national travelling without legal documents were detained.
The FC men during search of four passenger buses near Hub recovered over 3000 litres of smuggled Iranian diesel. The recovered diesel was seized and drivers of buses were taken into custody.
Separate cases were registered against accused of both incidents and investigation was in progress.
