Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad has declared an emergency to cater the forecasted heavy rainfall in Hyderabad District because of cyclone "Nilofar" to any unforeseen situation. Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad has issued a circular to all the line departments in which he directed to be ready to face any emergent situation. All the staff of the line departments are ordered to ensure their position at their head quarter.
