The Lahore High Court Tuesday dismissing a petition of a PML-N MNA Malik Riaz against Election Commission of Pakistan for not summoning the returning officers as witnesses on the controversy of 211 bags of ballot in NA-118, observed that an interim order of the tribunals cannot be challenged before the courts. Earlier, the petitioner's counsel contended that the entire record of the election was sent to NADRA for verification but 211 bags were missing.
