About 3,000 Sikh Yatrees are due on November 4 at Wagha Border for which the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) has made elaborate arrangements. The Sikh Yatrees will visit Nankana Sahib on November 6 to participate in 546th birth day of Guru Nanak Dev Jee. For the first time, "Amrat Jal" will be gifted in sealed bottles to Indian and overseas Yatrees by ETPB.
Chairman ETPB Siddiq ul Farooq said that 2,000 Sikh Yatrees would also arrive from Canada, UK, US and other western countries to participate in ceremonies. These Yatrees will be received at Allama Iqbal International Airport by the ETPB officials.
Mega congregation will be held on November 6 at Nankana Sahib where Yatrees will also organise the rally "Nagar Keeten" with Garanth Sahib boarded in a special coach from Janam Asthan to Gurdwara Tanbu Sahib. Pilgrims will reach Panja Sahib Hassanabdal through three special trains on November 7, and get back to Lahore on November 9 through trains.
On November 11, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar would host brunch in honour of the Yatrees in Governor House.
