An improvised explosives device (IED) was recovered from the parking area of the Wagah border, here on Monday. The Bomb Disposal Squad was called in for inspection of the site. The BDS, after recovering the IED from the parking area, started search operation in surroundings of Wagah border. Security forces also swung into action and started search operation in nearby villages and areas and rounded up several suspects.
