No complaint was received in the eight districts of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) regarding electricity arrangements from 1st to 10th of Moharram because of the proper planning of the company. On the special directives of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rashid Ahmed Aslam, the nominated focal persons of the four circles and divisions kept close liaison with district administration as well as police and configure the load management schedule with the consultation of the all stakeholders.
Ninety feeders were declared exempted from Load Management due to mourn, tazia processions and Mahafil Sham-e-Ghareeban and stakeholders of some other important feeder were also facilitated by change in the load management schedule. Special field staff was deputed with the Moharram processions and leaves were also cancelled of the field staff.
CEO, FESCO Rashid Ahmed Aslam paid surprise visits to various divisions and sub division to ensure the presence of the staff and took action against the absent staff.
CEO appreciated the efficiency and performance of the field staff and directed them to maintain same standard on the national as well as religious festivals in future so that better image of the company could be emerged and consumers could be more facilitated.-PR
