Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan late on Friday night recovered an explosives-laden motorcycle, remote control and a detonator in the suburbs of Pat Feeder Canal, which was to be used in a terrorist activity. The FC Spokesperson told that FC personnel after an intelligence tipoff conducted a successful raid in Goth Nodan, close to Pat Feeder Canal and recovered an explosives-laden motorcycle, remote control, detonator and wire from there.
He added that unknown miscreants had laden the motorcycle with 19 kilogram of explosive material, which was to be used in a terrorism plot; however, no arrest was made during the raid. The IG FC, Major General Aijaz Shahid praised the FC personnel for conducting a successful raid and hence saving the people from a possible catastrophe.
