President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has approved nomination of judges for Appellate Tribunal to dispose of appeals against the decisions of Returning Officer rejecting/accepting nomination papers for bye-election to the provincial assembly constituency No PP-48 Bhakkar-II. Justice Muhammad Khalid Mehmood Khan, Justice Ayesha A. Malik and Justice Faisal Zaman Khan of Lahore High Court have been nominated for the appellate tribunal.
