Two policemen were killed and four others injured when the van they were travelling fell into a gorge here on Sunday night. Edhi sources said that the accident took place near Hub-Gaddani Mor where a police mobile van skidded off the road and plunged into the ravine.
Police and rescue personnel reached the scene of accident and started rescue operation but they had to face hardship due to darkness. Two cops identified as Naseerullah and Muneer Ahmed died in the accident while four, including Zafarullah, Gulab Khan, Bashir Ahmed, and another were among the injured. Edhi volunteers shifted the injured to the Civil Hospital Hub.
