Jordan's state grain buyer has issued an international tender to purchase 100,000 tonnes of hard milling wheat which can be sourced from optional origins, European traders said on Monday. The tender closes on Wednesday, November 12, they said. The wheat was sought in a range of shipment combinations in 50,000 tonne consignments between April 1 to May 31, 2015, traders said.
Jordan had made no purchase in its last international tender to buy 100,000 tonnes of hard milling wheat which closed on November 5. Jordan had also rejected offers in the previous tender to that on October 28 for 100,000 tonnes of wheat and re-tendered.
