Four persons were killed while two others injured in separate incidents of violence, here on Thursday. According to police and rescue sources, Noor son of Lakhano, was gunned down by unidentified assailants at Super Highway in the limits of Memon Goth police station. The body of the victim was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-legal formalities.
In another incident, a body was found from Hawwa Goth, in the limits of Iqbal Market police station. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained till filing of the report. The body was shifted to ASH for post-mortem examinations. In one more incident, Salman, son of Ameen, (15) was shot and injured by unknown culprits near Bishmillah Chowk in Baldia in the limits of Saeedabad police station. The injured was rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for medical assistance. A man identified as Arshan, son of Tariq, was shot and injured while offering a robbery bid in Defence Nushat Commercial Phase No-VI located in the jurisdiction of Darakshan police station. The victim was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for treatment.
