Scout, the latest version of the offline navigation app from Skobbler, is available for free download for both Android and iOS users. The download includes a map for a country of the user's choice, announced the company, which was recently purchased by US company Telenav. A new feature integrates information about traffic and radar speed traps. Regular, free updates for the app, which relies on the open access OpenStreetMaps system, are planned.
