Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Monday inaugurated newly-constructed bridge here on Thado Nalo, Malir. The bridge was constructed by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) at a cost of Rs 130 million in nine months to provide direct link to the people of Malir and Memon Goth to the city specially during the rain season.
The Governor and chief minister conducted detailed visit of the area on the occasion. They directed the officials concerned to make plan for improvement of Malir- Memon Goth road and make it two-way. They also expressed resolve to provide maximum facilities to the people living in the Goths (villages) in Gaddap and Malir towns.
