A petition against Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf chief has been filed before the Lahore High Court here on Wednesday praying to stop PTI chief Imran Khan from holding 'dharna' on November 30. The petition was filed by M H Mujahid in a pending matter through his counsel A K Dogar. The petitioner submitted that the respondent PTI chairman had threatened the government that his sit-in would not remain peaceful after November 30 and the government would not be able to function.
He said the conduct of Imran Khan created uncertainty in Pakistan. He pleaded the court to direct the federal government to restrain Imran Khan from utterances and actions which threaten to overthrow the government and cause disorder in the country as a result of hate speeches.
