Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board, Siddiqul Farooq has made it clear that property of the Trust illegally occupied in different parts of the country will be retrieved through legal action. Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said the trust owns 110,000 acres of land and over 14,000 buildings across the country.
He said in future land of the Trust will be given on lease under the 1975 Land Act on market rates by following a transparent procedure.
