MQM leader Altaf Hussain has strongly urged on government, heads of law-enforcing agencies, former president Asif Ali Zardari, former Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad to hold an inquiry about the threatening statement given by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on October 6.
Hussain asked them to hold the inquiry within fifteen days and a detailed answer should be given as to what caused this ominous statement otherwise he would be forced to seek legal and constitutional remedy from the court. Hussain said, "I would ask the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and the Central Executive Committee of the PPP to inform me as to what harm had come to their workers as Bilawal Bhutto Zardari claimed on 6th October. Why did he accuse me?"
Hussain said if the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and the Central Executive Committee of the PPP could not give answers to my questions within 15 days, he would direct his legal and constitutional experts to seek legal action against the threatening statement given by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
