MEXICO CITY: Mexico's finance ministry said on Thursday it would hold steady its plans for bond issuance in the third quarter and that it would vary amounts of 6-month and 1-year T-bills.
The total amount of peso-denominated bonds and inflation-linked Udibonos would remain unchanged compared with the previous quarter, the ministry said in a statement.
The ministry said that it would begin to offer variable amounts of longer-term Cetes, or T-bills, replacing fixed sums offered in previous quarters.
