The IOT workshops, comprising five different sessions each week from December 01 to 12, were planned by the UHS Department of Medical Education in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), under Modern University Governance Programme.
Dr Amina Ahmad was the focal person and Dr Umaira Ahsan was the co-ordinator of the training. More than 70 staff members of UHS and its affiliated institutions got training in office administration, professionalism and ethics, time and stress management, financial management and effective communication skills, etc. The facilitators included Dr Ihsan-ul-Haq, Dr Ammara Gul, Dr Asad Zaheer, Dr Sidra Saleem, Sajid Ali Nadeem and Muhammad Awais.
HEC Regional Director Nazeer Hussain was the chief guest of the closing session.
