KE extends due date of bill payments

K-Electric has extended the deadline for payments of electricity bills, which were due between 10th and 12th August (both days inclusive) to the new date of 15th December 2014. All banks have been informed to accept the late payment without any penalty, said the K-Electric spokesman. He added that the reason for the extension was to facilitate the customers.
In-case any bank fails to accept the utility bill at a later date, consumers can register their complaints at the following email ID, which will be addressed immediately: [email protected].
