HBL, OUP enter into alliance

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) entered into a strategic alliance with Oxford University Press Pakistan during a ceremony held at the HBL Head Office, here in Karachi. As per the agreement, HBL will provide complete banking services to OUP-P. The agreement was signed by HBL Head Commercial Banking Mubashar Maqbool and OUP-P Managing Director Ameena Saiyid OBE.
Speaking at the occasion, Mubashar Maqbool said, 'This alliance depicts one of our main focuses of business, promotion of literary works, education. This initiative will allow HBL to provide our multiple banking services to the organisation which is dedicated to impart education and knowledge to both local and international markets.' Ameena Saiyid added that through this partnership OUP-P will provide a channel for HBL to extend its banking services, thus translating in to multiple benefits to customers.-PR
