Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said the day of accountability of terrorists has come and the blood of martyrs will not go waste. "Terrorists will be held accountable for every drop of blood of innocent children and their teachers and will be awarded deterrent punishment," Shahbaz said while talking to Member National Assembly Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar and Member Provincial Assembly Makhdoom Hashim who met him, here Friday.
The CM said Pak Army was facing terrorists boldly and courageously and operation Zarb-e-Azb was continuing successfully in North Waziristan. He said the whole nation was proud of brave officers and Jawans of Pak Army. Shahbaz Sharif said Peshawar tragedy had awakened the entire nation, adding those playing with the lives of innocent citizens were savages. He said the need for national unity and harmony was more than ever now and the nation had become united to root out terrorism.
