State Minister for Privatisation and Chairman Privatisation Muhammad Zubair has said the government looks forward for privatisation of different corporations. He said that the Prime Minister is quite clear about such a privatisation policy which could not only ensure progress of the country but also brings welfare of the employees.
The privatisation minister, who was chief guest at a reception hosted by Credit Suisse at a local hotel, said the government has appointed financial advisors for privatising different corporations which are currently causing financial loss to the county. "Welfare of the employees and prosperity of the country" is the theme on which the government is working and soon it will fulfil its objective through privatisation, the minister said.
