Avanza Solutions, a leading multinational IT firm, signed agreement with NRSP Microfinance Bank enabling it to offer alternate delivery channels for its products and services. NRSP Bank, headquartered in Bahawalpur, started operations in March 2011. The Bank currently provides microcredit; deposit and other demand-driven financial services to the poor masses. Today, NRSP Bank serves over 230,000 customers in low-income markets with a network of 50+ branches across Pakistan.
With the vision to become regional leader in providing viable financial solutions, the Bank is working on devising cost-effective and convenient alternative delivery channels for its products and services. Technological expansion will enable the Bank to better meet its target market's needs while achieving mass outreach in remote areas. The Bank has partnered with Avanza for implementation of the following: Rendezvous will lay the foundation of middleware infrastructure in NRSP Bank, integrating with the front-end channels, back-end host, and external systems. Nimbus will service as an ATM / POS channel to facilitate customers for performing transaction from any part of the country.
Vision will serve as the card production, reporting & monitoring tool for the Bank providing customer, channel & transaction level monitoring functionality. Unison will facilitate the Bank's operations by streamlining its complaint management process at all customer touch points (call center, branches, and tellers).-PR
