Gas supply to Punjab-based textile mills resumed

Gas supply to the Punjab-based textile mills was resumed on Monday evening by the SNGPL, said industry sources. According to the industry sources, the mills were instructed by the APTMA management to resume operations on gas supply from 6PM until 10PM. However, the duration of gas supply would be enhanced to six hours a day from Tuesday onwards, which means gas would be available for mills from 4PM to 10PM.
It may be noted that the SNGPL has resumed gas supply to the Punjab-based textile mills after eight days.
