Both the futures were lower on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Thursday in the process of trading, dealers said. The January contract closed at Rs 1565.30 on Wednesday and it opened with a decline of 30 paisa at Rs 1565.00 in the morning session, they said. The March vaida ended at Rs 1429.50, but it also commenced with a fall of 20 paisa in the wee hours, they said.
