Bears retuned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Tuesday, where losers outclassed gainers amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index showed a decrease of 13.14 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,921.59 to 3,908.45 points. The overall turnover amounted to 38,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 33,700 shares.
Total 153 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (88) closed in negative territory, 65 closed in positive territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Byco Petroleum was 15,000 shares. The volume of Sui Southern Gas was 10,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Cement was 5,000 shares. The volume of Lafarge Pakistan Cement was 5,000 shares.
