Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA) has established library at its camp office at Customs House. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Qamar Alam, President KCAA, said that establishment of KCAA library at camp office was part of the association's programme.
The library was inaugurated by Chief Collector South (Appraisement), Nasir Masroor Ahmed. Qamar Alam said that managing committee of KCAA had decided to celebrate the year 2015 as Golden Jubilee Year on completion of 50 years since its establishment in the year 1965 and planned to hold various programmes and events. Nasir Masroor Ahmed appreciated the efforts of KCAA for establishment of library in which old record like customs tariff, SROs, valuation rulings, public notices, import/export policies etc, from the year 1966 till to date were available for study.
