The Lahore High Court here on Wednesday directed SSP Operations to produce the mother of two children Amna 05 and Umar 06 before the court on January 09 who refused to take her children in her custody. The petition was filed by the children seeking directions for their parents for their custody.
The petitioners Amna and Umar stated that their father Adnan Zafar left them at the home of his friend and fled to UAE while their mother Seema Bibi also refused to have them in her custody.
The couple did love-marriage few years back and separated due to domestic issues. The court taking notice of the matter called the mother of the children on next date of hearing.
