Educational institutions: Punjab ministers asked to monitor security arrangements
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif while chairing a meeting on law and order here on Saturday said that no compromise would be made on the security of educational institutions. He said that in order to check security arrangements, committees have been formed at district level.
The Chief Minister instructed provincial ministers to monitor security arrangements in the educational institutions. He asked that measures should be initiated to restart NCC training in the institutions. He said that syllabus of educational institutions should be made in line with the promotion of harmony. He said that lectures in this direction should be delivered in educational institutions.
The Chief Minister on the occasion asked authorities concerned to take strict action against cars having black mirrors and number plates not according to law. Shahbaz Sharif said that strict action should be taken against misuse of loudspeakers in the mosques.
