During a joint operation against illegal housing schemes, staff of the Metropolitan Planning and Town Planning Wings of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) demolished boundary walls and gates of five illegal private housing schemes at G.T. Road and U.B.D. Canal area on Wednesday.
According to a LDA's spokesperson, the LDA staff demolished boundary wall and gates of four illegal schemes on G.T. Road, Lahore, including Ali Alam Garden, Al-Hassan Town, Ghous Garden and Lahore Medical Scheme Phase I and III. Boundary wall and foundations of Scholar University Town falling on U.B.D. Canal, Lahore, was also dismantled.
